I really wanted to like Riversol, but the ingredients just felt sorta basic to me. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a bit more high-end. My skin ended up feeling dry and a little irritated after using it, so it just didn’t really work for me. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I was disappointed.

I did notice my skin felt less dry, especially when I used it at night, so it’s not like it did nothing. But I still had to go in with extra moisturizer on a few dry patches, which made me question the quality a bit for the price. It’s fine overall, just not as moisturizing as I expected.

I was kind of annoyed right away when the delivery kept taking longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely told me anything useful, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

The sample kit made it less stressful to try, though, and thankfully my skin actually did calm down without me having to keep buying a bunch of extra products.
For how long the bottles last, it feels fair to me. I still wish good skincare didn’t have to cost so much, but this one didn’t make me feel like I got burned, so I’d probably buy it again.

I’m not sure if I misunderstood something or just expected too much, but trying to return my order through riversol.com was a headache. I felt like I had to keep chasing customer service just to get basic answers, and when they did reply, it was slow and not all that helpful. The return instructions also weren’t very clear, which made me second-guess whether I was even doing it right. Maybe I missed something, but the whole experience left a bad impression. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now with no burning, no weird breakouts, and my face just feels calmer overall. It’s gentle, and that’s been a huge relief for me.
